ABOUT THE TEAM The product team partners with chief engineers and program managers to derive a clear and succinct vision of Anduril products and capabilities. As an instructional content developer, you play a crucial role in the ability of our customers and their operators to adopt, train and operate our software and hardware solutions in the battlefield. ABOUT THE JOB Anduril is seeking a talented Instructional Content Developer to support Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) Division. The AD&S Division is organized into three primary business lines: Mission Autonomy (“Lattice” for MA), Autonomous Air Power (“Fury” product line), and Advanced Effects (“Barracuda” product line). This position bridges engineering, instructional design, and media production – transforming complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience crafting engaging instructional content and experiences for autonomous systems and will possess a Secret clearance, with Top Secret preferred. WHAT YOU WILL DO Design end-to-end learning experiences – from needs analysis to delivery – using modern instructional and UX principles. Develop scenario and video-driven eLearning videos aligned to user roles. Drive the full training video lifecycle – concept development, scripting, production, and editing. Collaborate with a small (but nimble) training team to define a modern, effective role-based training curriculum for AD&S products. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, technical communication or a related field. 8+ years of experience in interaction or video-based educational or instructional content creation for technical, autonomous, or operator focused environments. Proven experience executing the entire video production process – concept development, scripting, production, and editing. Mastery of Adobe Premier and Adobe Creative Suite tools. Excellent communication, video production and project management skills. You are highly respected amongst your peers and/or counterparts and known as someone who gets things done. U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data. Location: Based in Costa Mesa or Washington DC A strong portfolio demonstrating video-based learning is required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Excellent technical writing and visual storytelling skills. Experience working with engineers or SMEs in high-technology domains (autonomous systems, robotics or aerospace preferred) Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and learning development tools. Secret or Top Secret Clearance US Salary Range $129,000—$171,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
