About Our Agency Our State Farm agency has proudly served the Grovetown and Barnwell communities for more than 13 years. We’re a high‑performing team of 10 and growing quickly, with plans to expand to 14 team members. Jordan – State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
