We build Anduril’s platform for running software on Anduril’s robotics systems across land, sea, and air. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of software development projects including design, implementation, automated testing, field testing, and deployment support.WHAT YOU'LL DOBoard bring-up and maintenance on embedded ARM boards (device trees, bootloaders, kernel drivers, etc)Customize vendor BSPs for use with NixOS systemsHelp secure our embedded Linux systemsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Familiarity with triaging vulnerability reports and mitigating vulnerabilities by patching system components.Experience with Linux kernel developmentExperience with uboot, EDK2, platform firmware, etcInterest in using Nix/NixOS as an alternative to Yocto, buildroot, etcExperience with C or RustU.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled dataPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience developing embedded Linux systems using Yocto, buildroot, or similar systemsFamiliarity with packaging CUDA libraries and applicationsFamiliarity with functional programming paradigmsExperience with one or more of the following languages: C++, Python, Go, HaskellUS Salary Range$166,000—$220,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
