Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to obstetric patients in labor and delivery and the PACU recovery area
- Triage, monitor fetal status and maternal vitals; respond to obstetric emergencies; administer medications as ordered
- Assist during labor and delivery and support the obstetric team with appropriate procedures and patient education
- Care for postpartum mothers and newborns, including recovery in PACU and stabilization as needed
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record; ensure safety, infection control, and patient advocacy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with patients and families

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license to practice in Georgia
- 1+ year of obstetric/L&D or PACU experience preferred
- Ability to work night shifts (12-hour nights) in a hospital setting
- Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
