Senior AML Onboarding Associate

Our client is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented AML Compliance Associate to join its Compliance team. This role will support customer onboarding and ongoing due diligence in accordance with the firm's AML, CIP, CDD, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Review and analyze customer information and documentation during account onboarding. Perform CIP/CDD reviews, customer risk assessments, and ongoing due diligence. Validate identification, formation, beneficial ownership, and other customer documentation. Research and resolve AML/KYC questions and identity verification exceptions. Identify and bring red flags and high-risk customers requiring Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). Conduct periodic and event-driven CDD refreshes. Review and disposition sanctions, PEP, and adverse media alerts. Maintain accurate CIP/CDD documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of AML/KYC experience , preferably within a retail broker-dealer or financial services firm. Strong knowledge of KYC, CIP, and CDD requirements. Experience with onboarding and screening platforms such as World-Check and CLEAR . #J-18808-Ljbffr Phaxis
