Physical Therapist Aide

Welcome to Ideal Therapy! 

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Physical Therapist Aide to join our team. This role supports our licensed physical therapists by assisting with patient flow, preparing treatment areas, guiding patients through basic exercises, and maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment. 

Responsibilities : 

• Assist PTs with patient exercises and mobility activities
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment
• Greet patients and support front office flow as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the clinic
• Provide excellent customer service and patient support 

Qualifications: 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced setting
• Interest in rehabilitation, fitness, or healthcare
• Previous experience preferred but not required
