As a Clare Bridge Program Coordinator, you’ll lead the heart of our memory care community—designing engaging, person-centered programs that honor each resident’s life story, preferences, and abilities. From small, sensory-based experiences to community-wide events, you’ll create a supportive environment where residents feel seen, valued, and connected.

You’ll partner with families and your team to bring comfort, understanding, and purpose to each day—helping residents maintain independence while enhancing their quality of life.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
