What You’ll Do Assemble components and products according to work instructions and specifications. Safely operate hand tools and other assembly equipment. Accurately read and use a tape measure to verify dimensions and ensure product quality. Inspect parts and completed assemblies to maintain high quality standards. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and customer expectations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Identify and communicate quality or process concerns to leadership. What We’re Looking For Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effectively. Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic measurements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Properly using required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and other equipment as required. Safely operating hand tools and assembly equipment according to training and established guidelines. Maintaining a clean and organized work area to reduce safety hazards and improve efficiency. Immediately reporting unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, near misses, or damaged equipment to a supervisor. Participating in safety training and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Practicing proper lifting techniques and ergonomic work habits. Taking personal responsibility for your safety and the safety of your teammates.
