Concierge PositionThe Concierge drives hospitality within the Rock Family of Companies and serves as the first point of contact for all guests and team members. Concierges are responsible for creating a welcoming environment and supporting related business areas.About the RoleCreate an engaging, first-rate environment in Rock Family of Companies spaces by greeting and assisting visitors, vendors, tenants and team members at welcome desksTroubleshoot issues and answer questions as they arise at welcome desks with a positive attitude and solution-focused mindset, ensuring all clients receive exceptional treatment and any concerns are resolvedProcess guest and candidate registrations from team members and recruiters to provide amazing visitor and candidate experiences and to ensure proper execution of relevant security measuresAnswer incoming phone calls with a sense of urgency and obtain all pertinent informationProvide frontline badging support at welcome desks by administering and performing basic troubleshooting for visitor, vendor and temporary badgesServe as an expert of the local community by constantly researching local events, businesses and other opportunities to experience and engage with the communityAssist with light data entry and other administrative tasks when necessaryRecognize and report suspicious behavior and activity in or near company propertiesAbout YouMinimum QualificationsAvailability to work flexibly, including evening shiftsPreferred Qualifications1 year of client service, business administration or hospitality experienceProficiency in the Microsoft Office suiteWhat You'll GetOur team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
