Construction Technology Specialist

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years experience working with construction technologies or in a construction-related technical role. Proficiency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software such as Autodesk Revit or Navisworks. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and project management principles. Excellent communication skills to effectively train and collaborate with diverse teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with drone operation and data analysis in construction environments. Certification in construction technology or project management (e.g., PMP, Certified Construction Technologist). Proficient using Trimble Business Center Familiarity with programming or scripting languages to customize technology tools. Knowledge of cloud-based construction management platforms and IoT applications. Experience working in a professional, scientific, or technical services environment. Responsibilities: Assess and recommend construction technologies that improve project workflows and outcomes. Implement and manage software platforms including BIM, project management tools, and data analytics systems. Train and support construction teams on the effective use of new technologies and digital tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions into project plans and schedules.
