Director, RN Emergency Department
Looking for a seasoned and dynamic Director of Emergency Department to join our team at a leading hospital in Iowa! As the Director of Emergency Department, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the department, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care, and leading a team of skilled healthcare professionals. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of success in emergency department management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Preferred: Bachelor's or better in Nursing or related field.
Previous lead level or management experience required. Three years of experience in an outpatient/physician office or healthcare-related specific area.
Preferred: Advanced Cardio Life Support, Registered Nurse, Basic Life Support.
