Registered Nurse - CVICU
Live Well Homecare
This role involves providing direct nursing care in a specialized Cardiovascular ICU with 17 beds, focusing on critically ill patients recovering from complex cardiothoracic, vascular, and cardiac procedures. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary care, carrying out physician and nursing orders, and assessing discharge planning needs. Qualifications require a valid nursing license from the Alabama Board of Nursing, BLS certification within 30 days, and Advanced Life Support certification within 180 days of hire. Ideal candidates will have a nursing diploma from an accredited school and demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills.
