To Apply for this Job Click Here Accountant - Boston, MA Our client, a growing organization, is seeking an Accountant to support a variety of accounting and financial operations activities. This role will be responsible for maintaining financial records, assisting with reporting processes, performing reconciliations, and supporting ongoing accounting initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

- Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Review financial data and investigate discrepancies.
- Support routine accounting processes and month-end activities.
- Prepare and process journal entries and account adjustments.
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
- Maintain spreadsheets, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Support billing, cash management, and other accounting-related functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and resolve issues.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems preferred.
- Yardi experience is a plus.
