Job Title: Independent Contractor- LPC/LCSW (Open to newly licensed clinicians)
Location: East Stroudsburg, PA
Job Type: Full-Time (In-Person)
Setting: Outpatient Mental Health

Position Overview


We are seeking compassionate and motivated LPCs or LCSWs to join a growing outpatient mental health practice serving adolescents and adults. Clinicians will provide in-person and/or telehealth therapy services while maintaining flexibility and autonomy in scheduling and caseload management.

Open Positions

• 1 Full-Time, In-Person Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults
• Develop individualized treatment plans and complete clinical documentation
• Maintain a caseload with a minimum expectation of 20 sessions per week
• Assess client needs and coordinate referrals when appropriate
• Participate in at least two office meetings per year

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Active Pennsylvania LPC or LCSW license required
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Open to newly licensed clinicians

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible, self-managed schedule
• Must offer at least two evening availability options per week
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• Outpatient setting
