Registered Nurse Telemetry

About This Role As an RN in the Telemetry Unit at Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital, you will provide exceptional patient-centered care to adult and geriatric patients with various medical-surgical diagnoses. This role is ideal for compassionate caregivers who excel in teamwork and direct patient interaction. Highlights Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour Location: Euclid, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital Department/Unit: Telemetry Unit Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions. Evaluate, update, and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned outcomes. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Educate patients and families using educational materials considering cultural issues. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing protocol.
