To learn how to apply for a faculty or staff position, please review this tip sheet.Summary of Job Responsibilities:The staff physician in the clinical track is responsible for providing direct outpatient care to GI and Hepatology patients Uhealth Doral and/or Solé Miá in North Miami [9 half days]. Sole Mia is Opening fall 2025. He/she will provide outpatient clinical and endoscopic services to those patients who require Gastroenterology/ Hepatology services, and Gastroenterology screening procedures.**Outline of additional responsibilities include but are not Limited to:*** Maintain outpatient clinic and endoscopic procedures at Uhealth Doral/Solé Miá* Rotate on night and weekend on call on medical campus at UHT and JMH proportionate to other physicians* Rotate on inpatient at UHT or JMH proportionate to other providers **Qualifications:*** MD Degree and ACGME US internal medicine internship and residency and GI fellowship* Valid American Board Certification in Internal Medicine (or board eligible)* Board Certification in Gastroenterology/Hepatology(or board eligible)* Valid unrestricted Florida Medical License or eligible to apply (must have license prior to credentialing)* Valid DEA licensure* Current BLS certification required.
