divh2Job Title/h2pEssential Duties and Responsibilities/ppManage a large volume of customer communications through incoming calls, emails and online./ppCreate location accounts for new starts and complete location and bill to information./ppSet up services in software./ppOrganize and schedule new construction installations and closings./ppProcess closing requests and complete service order./ppAssist Customer Service and Sales with incoming calls and emails./ppRecord in software system customer interaction and document details of actions taken./ppPerform a large amount of service order completions mainly through data entry./ppReview customer accounts and records to answer customers questions./ppMaintain customer accounts by checking and recording account information in software./ppExplain services to customers./ppReceive customer payments./ppUpload and catalog documents, contracts and service orders into customer accounts./ppCommunicate with customers to address issues/disputes from customers./ppRespond to customer inquiries, answer questions, organize and schedule service appointments./ppResolve service problems by clarifying the customers complaint: determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problem and expedite the correction or adjustment to ensure satisfactory resolution./p/div
