Position Available We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist (Friday/Saturday) to become part of our expanding team. Enjoy working with children, who represent 70% or more of our patient demographic. Key Responsibilities As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental care to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex systems Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A support team consisting of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults (varies by location) An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors Qualifications ***This position is available for Fridays and Saturdays only*** ***This role offers opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration*** What We Offer A guaranteed base salary of $900 per day with unlimited earning potential No lab fees Full-time providers can access Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA Short-term and long-term disability, along with basic life insurance, covered by the organization 401(k) Retirement Plan Company-sponsored malpractice insurance Paid holidays and time off Reimbursement for continuing education Continuing education opportunities through an ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Reimbursement for relevant licenses, certifications, and professional memberships such as ADA and/or AAPD Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance Visa and Green Card sponsorship available Expectations DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A current, valid dental license in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure Additional certifications as required, including CPR and DEA Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
