Company Overview

We are a small and quickly growing general contractor specializing in public works and construction projects. We are looking to immediately hire an experienced Site Superintendent to run day-to-day field operations on active projects in the Union, SC area and the surrounding region.

Responsibilities

Manage daily on-site construction activities from planning and mobilization to closeout
Supervise subcontractors and self-performed work
Coordinate inspections
Enforce jobsite safety and quality control requirements
Maintain schedules and periodic field reports
Review plans, specs, RFIs, and field changes
Resolve field issues and keep projects moving
Administrative management

Requirements

Experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role
Public works project experience preferred
Ability to read and build from plans and specifications
Strong technical/software proficiency
Valid driver’s license
