Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team in Statesville, NC. The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for processing outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in shipping documentation, and coordinating with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries. Additionally, the Shipping Clerk will be responsible for processing returns and exchanges, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a shipping clerk or in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of shipping software and systems
