Local Contract CVOR Surgical First Assistant - $67 per hour

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVOR First Assist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 07/13/2026 Duration: 26 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Responsibilities RNs in this role work under the supervision of a surgeon and are responsible for positioning the patient, preparing the surgical site, handling instruments, providing tissue retraction, and suturing incisions. The RNFA plays a critical role in ensuring patient safety during surgical procedures, thereby improving outcomes. Compensation Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation). The salary includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Additionally, the position has an eight‑hour weekday schedule with guaranteed pay for the agreed hours.
