Assistant ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. You will be expected to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently. Strong relationships with vendors and partners.Qualifications and Education/Experience Requirements2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalentBachelor's degree in hospitality management or related fieldExperience with inventory management softwareExperience with scheduling softwareExperience with budget managementPhysical RequirementsLifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
