Advanced Air | Thatcher, AZ | Full-Time $20–$25/hour DOE + spiffs

Advanced Air is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Thatcher office. You'll be the first voice our customers hear — answering calls, booking service and installation appointments, and keeping our technicians' schedules running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, people-first role for someone who stays calm on a busy phone, follows through on every detail, and takes pride in turning a stressed-out homeowner into a satisfied customer.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries promptly and professionally
• Book, confirm, and reschedule service, maintenance, and install appointments
• Dispatch and communicate with field technicians throughout the day
• Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and appointment details in ServiceTitan
• Follow up with customers on estimates, membership renewals, and completed work
• Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate manager
• Support the office team with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, dispatch, or office experience (home services or trades experience a plus)
• Clear, friendly phone presence and strong written communication
• Comfortable working in scheduling/CRM software (ServiceTitan experience preferred; will train the right person)
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple calls and tasks at once
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation

• $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
• Spiff opportunities on follow-up jobs sold, membership sales, and more — your work on the phone directly adds to your paycheck
