POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client, a nationally recognized fee-only wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced Personal Wealth Advisor to lead client relationships and deliver comprehensive financial planning services.
This role offers extensive training, mentorship, profit-based bonuses, and a clear path toward advanced wealth management, leadership, and potential partnership opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Serve as lead advisor and manage a client-service team.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and provide comprehensive financial planning advice.
• Develop strategies across investments, taxes, retirement, estate planning, and asset protection .
• Maintain accurate client financial data and prepare reports and analyses.
• Lead ongoing client communication and respond to financial planning needs.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver holistic wealth-management solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
• Help drive client satisfaction, retention, and assets under management.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• CFP® or ChFC® certification, or near completion.
• Series 65 or Series 66 license required.
• 3+ years of client-facing financial services experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong financial analysis and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
• Experience with financial planning software such as MoneyGuidePro.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $60,000–$85,000 salary, negotiable based on experience.
