Project Architect Job Summary:


Our client is local to Milwaukee, WI and is a design-build firm providing innovative design solutions for a variety of projects in the Corporate Workplace, Financial Institutions, Government/Municipal, Healthcare, Industrial, K-12 Education, Religious, and Commercial sectors. Project Architect Requirements:

• 5-12+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Experience in relative project types prefered but not required.
• A licensed professional (or soon to be licensed) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university
• Strong design, technical, code, and detailing skills.
• Experience leading a project team and client presentations.
• Proactive written and verbal communication skills.

Project Architect Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
• Coordinate with consultants/engineers and engaging with owners.
• Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
• Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material, etc.
• Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects.
• Professional client development skills.
• Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
