Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients across our facility. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering personalized care and will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Experience in outpatient and inpatient settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
