Step into a rewarding full-time contract opportunity working with high school students for the upcoming school year! This role focuses on providing essential psychological services within an engaging educational environment located near Niagara Falls, NY. As a partner in student success, you'll support a dynamic high school caseload, offering your expertise Monday through Friday, 8:35 AM to 3:35 PM.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification required
• Previous experience working as a School Psychologist, especially with high school populations, is highly valued
• Familiarity with assessment tools, IEP processes, and counseling techniques
• Skilled in conducting evaluations, collaborating with educational teams, and supporting diverse student needs
• Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
• Ability to organize, document, and prioritize tasks efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, interpret results, and develop reports
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations
• Offer individual and group counseling services to address academic, social, and emotional concerns
• Develop intervention strategies tailored to individual and group needs
• Assist with crisis prevention and intervention efforts
• Maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring compliance with school policies and regulations
