As a Teacher Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced teachers and leaders while gaining real, hands-on experience with children.

As a Teacher Assistant, you'll help create a classroom where children feel safe, known, encouraged, and excited to learn.

You'll:

• Work alongside experienced teachers to create fun, engaging classroom experiences.
• Help lead activities inspired by children's interests and developmental needs.
• Play, read, talk, create, explore, laugh, and learn alongside children.
• Offer guidance, encouragement, patience, and plenty of smiles.
• Help children develop independence, friendships, creativity, confidence, and kindness.
• Support classroom routines and help maintain a safe, clean, organized environment.
• Support your fellow teachers and contribute to a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
• Learn from experienced teachers and leaders while developing your own skills.

And yes...

You'll probably go home with a few funny stories.
