The unit has 34 beds with a patient ratio of 1:5. The candidate will care for post-op patients from various surgical procedures, including bariatric surgery, as well as overflow medical patients. Must be able to float to similar Med/Surg units based on rotation and needs. The role requires strong patient advocacy and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. Candidates should have experience with Epic EMR and demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be easy to get along with, flexible, and a strong patient advocate. Dress code includes navy blue scrubs with no unacceptable attire specified.
