What You’ll Do Help individuals and families understand financial wellness concepts in clear, everyday language. Meet virtually with clients from the comfort of your home. Build relationships based on trust, education, and communication. Help clients explore strategies related to income protection, savings, and retirement. Continue learning through structured training, mentorship, and professional development. Develop your own client relationships and, if desired, grow into leadership opportunities. Why Your Background Matters Teachers, coaches, counselors, mentors, and other people-focused professionals often already have many of the skills this work requires: You know how to explain. You know how to listen. You know how to build trust. You know how to meet people where they are. The financial knowledge can be learned. The ability to genuinely connect with people is harder to teach. What We’re Looking For Experience in teaching, coaching, counseling, mentoring, public speaking, sales, customer service, or another people-focused role is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Genuine interest in helping improve people's financial well‑being. Willingness to obtain a Life Insurance license. Training and support are provided throughout the licensing process. Willingness to complete required background checks, including a soft background check and federal background check. Must be a legal U.S. citizen or resident and authorized to work in the United States. Must be comfortable with a commission‑only compensation structure .
