Overview DaVita’s Redwoods Program is a premier leadership pipeline that attracts and develops top undergraduate, MBA, and internal talent into future enterprise leaders. This program plays a critical role in shaping DaVita’s leadership bench and delivering high‑impact talent across the organization. We are seeking a Recruiting Administrator to deliver a seamless, high‑quality recruiting and internship experience across our national campus recruiting efforts and Denver‑based summer program. Responsibilities Campus Recruiting & Events Plan and coordinate national on‑campus recruiting events, presentations, and interview days Manage logistics including scheduling, invitations, materials, and travel coordination Support event execution both virtually and in‑person Candidate Experience Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process Manage interview scheduling, prep calls, and debriefs Ensure a polished, responsive, and organized candidate experience Summer Internship Program (Denver‑based) Support execution of intern programming and events Organize schedules, logistics, and communications for interning experience Help deliver a high‑touch, engaging experience for participants Operations & Communication Track recruiting activity, event participation, and key timelines Draft and send communications to candidates, interns, and stakeholders Maintain recruiting systems, schedules, and data Who You’ll Work With Recruiting leaders and program managers Senior leaders and interviewers across DaVita Undergraduate and MBA candidates University partners and campus organizations Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree preferred 1+ year recruiting coordination, event planning, or operations experience Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment High level of professionalism and confidentiality Preferred Experience in campus recruiting or internship program coordination Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruiting tools Experience supporting multi‑stakeholder, high‑visibility programs Working Conditions Hybrid role with travel support during recruiting season (as needed) Schedule flexibility may be required during peak fall recruiting and summer program execution Benefits Exposure to senior leadership and top‑tier talent Opportunity to impact a flagship leadership pipeline program Fast‑paced, collaborative, and high‑visibility team environment Strong benefits and professional development opportunities What We’ll Provide Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out Support for you and your family: Family resources, EAP counseling sessions, backup child and elder care, maternity/paternity leave and more Professional development programs: DaVita offers a variety of programs to help strong performers grow within their career and also offers on‑demand virtual leadership and development courses through DaVita’s online training platform StarLearning Equal Employment Opportunity Statement DaVita is an equal‑opportunity employer and complies with state and federal affirmative action requirements.
