Personal property program administration. Manages and evaluates the peacetime and contingency traffic management programs governing the movement of personal property, ensuring strict compliance with complex domestic and international transportation laws.

Passenger Mobility & Financial Oversight. Administers and oversees complex worldwide passenger mobility programs.

Freight and Cargo Movement Operations. Directs comprehensive freight and cargo distribution operations, overseeing the classification, handling, and warehousing of critical military materials, including highly regulated Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT).

Administers the Quality Assurance (QA) and regulatory compliance program for personal property and passenger transportation contracts.
