What Does It Take? Must hold a Master Electrician Licensure with the state of Ohio. Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential electrical work, with a preference for installation. Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards. Ability to exercise sound judgment in identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. High integrity and advanced interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong commitment to safety, both on the road and in the field.
