Cleanroom Production Operator / Assembler- Pay up to $18/hr- IN.

Location: Warren Park, IN

Pay: $18-$19.75/hr

Shift: 1st shift- 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

2nd shift- 3:00 PM- 11:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble simple and complex products according to work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Operate automated assembly equipment.
• Complete production documentation and process records.
• Package and label finished products.
• Perform quality inspections using checklists and established procedures.
• Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform data entry related to production and quality activities.
• Use hand and power tools for assembly tasks.

Requirements

• Assembly or production experience preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and documentation procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable performing inspection and packaging tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cleanroom experience.
• Mechanical assembly experience.
• Wiring or soldering experience.
• Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures.
• Experience operating automated assembly equipment.

Work Environment

Work takes place in a highly regulated cleanroom environment where the assembly area must remain clean, organized, and compliant with strict standards. There is a strong emphasis on attention to detail, documentation, and adherence to work instructions. You will work with automated assembly equipment, hand and power tools, and follow established inspection and quality control procedures. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, and you will operate within a production setting that prioritizes cleanliness, product verification, and accurate record-keeping.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
