Retail Sales Consultant

Overview We’re looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to join our team and guide customers through consultative sales on the floor, fill online orders, and make outbound calls. You’ll work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends. This fast‑paced environment values flexibility and openness to change. Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide training, tools, and coaching. Responsibilities Use consultative sales approaches to guide customers through their options. Participate in community events. Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based schedules available 2 weeks in advance. Remain flexible in a fast‑paced environment while helping customers meet evolving tech needs. Compensation Retail Sales Consultants earn between $17.12–$21.50 per hour plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can reach $62,460 per year. Starting salary may vary by geography, experience, education, and training.
