Morrison Healthcare – Lead Dietitian (Laurinburg, NC) Location: Morrison Healthcare at Scotland Memorial Hospital, Laurinburg, NC Setting: Acute Care Schedule: Monday – Friday Requirement: RD/NC Licensure Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 Job Summary We’re seeking a Lead Dietitian to provide evidence‑based nutrition care, serve as a clinical leader within the healthcare team, and promote positive patient outcomes through innovation and expertise. What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes. Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long‑term wellness for patients, families, staff, and the community. Apply the latest research in accordance with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high‑quality, consistent care. Contribute to and lead QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence. Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals. Support the growth of clinical and departmental staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable. What We’re Looking For Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with five years of experience. Master’s degree in nutrition. Advanced Practice Certification through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), preferred. Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
