Salary Range: $165,000–$180,000

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Professional Services to lead service delivery operations, client engagements, and technical consulting initiatives within a fast-paced technology services environment. This leadership role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in consulting firms or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments who can successfully balance operational leadership, client satisfaction, team development, and financial accountability.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of business leadership, technical fluency, and people management experience, along with a proven ability to oversee budgets, drive delivery excellence, and lead high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Professional Services delivery teams across multiple technical disciplines
• Oversee project delivery, client success, operational performance, and service quality
• Manage departmental budgets, resource planning, forecasting, and financial performance
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for direct reports and technical teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes, delivery standards, and customer outcomes
• Support business growth initiatives through strategic planning and operational leadership
• Ensure successful execution of client engagements while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience working within a consulting firm or Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
• Proven leadership experience managing direct reports and technical teams
• Strong budget management and operational oversight experience
• Broad technical fluency across key MSP domains including:
• Cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Infrastructure and endpoint management
• Cybersecurity solutions
• Backup and disaster recovery
• Networking technologies and support
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity tools
• Understanding of Cisco Meraki solutions and general networking principles
• Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
