Position: CSW Quality Control Supervisor Location: Central/West Region Your Responsibilities as a CSW Quality Control Supervisor Lead by example and demonstrate integrity and responsibility A true champion for health and safety that will promote and enforce Apex H&S policies Observe and evaluate the performance of stormwater compliance crews in terms of executing scopes of work and provide feedback for improvement Ensure crews are properly maintaining company equipment and other assets Reports to the Commercial Stormwater Southeast Region’s Stormwater Compliance Manager Help mentor Compliance Crew Foreman and Crew Technicians Basic computer knowledge Some overnight travel is required What We're Looking For GED or High School Diploma 5+ years of related experience with successful development and management of field projects and supervising staff. Willingness to Travel Able to perform manual labor. Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and work under inclement weather conditions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Valid driver's license, safe driving history and reliable transportation are required. Thorough understanding of safe work practices in accordance with OSHA regulations.
