Financial Advisor - PNC Wealth Management

Position Overview As a Financial Advisor within PNC Wealth Management, you will be based at our Westminster, MD location. You will be part of a bank branch network, supporting clients with investment, insurance, and financial planning services. Job Description Consult on investment and insurance strategies, developing financial plans and managing an assigned book of business. Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development, networking, and exceptional client experience. Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies, identify appropriate products, present recommendations, and monitor plan performance. Coach and educate branch staff and internal partners on investment opportunities; lead the branch team to achieve investment results. Meet with branch manager and partners to review business results, manage pipeline, and meet service level agreements; comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines. Qualifications University or college degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent education, certifications, and experience). FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) required; Life and Health Insurance required. Strong client prospecting, relationship building, and financial analysis skills. Coaching ability, customer experience focus, and effective communication. Understanding of risk management and ability to adhere to PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Pay Transparency Base salary: $75,000.00 - $75,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with compensation based on performance.
