Commercial Real Estate Opportunity

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a career in commercial real estate while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to grow within the commercial sector through consistent business development, relationship building, and hands-on learning alongside experienced commercial real estate professionals.

You will learn how to identify commercial opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and ongoing conversations with property owners, investors, business owners, and developers. Through real market exposure, you will gain insight into investment properties, retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and leasing opportunities while developing a stronger understanding of commercial real estate.

Working alongside experienced commercial agents, you will learn how to evaluate opportunities, strengthen client relationships, improve follow-up, and gain exposure to each stage of the commercial transaction process. The focus is on building productive habits, expanding your network, and developing confidence through practical experience.

Compensation:

$160,000+ at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

• Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth
• Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations
• Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
• Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally
• Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data

• Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
• Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language
• Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
• Some sense of marketing and advertising practices

• Real estate license required in order to work with clients
