Arlington Auto Care is hiring a licensed Virginia State Safety Inspector and/or Emissions Inspector.
We are a busy, established, high-volume automotive repair facility looking for a dependable inspector who wants steady work, guaranteed income, and the opportunity to earn significantly more through repairs.
LICENSE REQUIRED TO APPLY
Applicants MUST currently hold at least ONE of the following:
Valid Virginia State Safety Inspector License
Valid Virginia Emissions Inspector License
Both licenses strongly preferred

COMPENSATION & EARNING OPPORTUNITY
We offer a guaranteed salary plus additional earning opportunities.
In addition to inspections, qualified employees can earn additional money performing:
Repairs generated from State Safety Inspections
Emissions-related repairs
General mechanical repairs based on experience and ability
Experienced and productive inspectors have the opportunity to earn $120,000–$150,000+ annually based on qualifications, productivity, and repair ability.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MASTER TECHNICIAN
If you have a valid Virginia Safety or Emissions Inspector license, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a current VA Safety and/or Emissions Inspector license
Is dependable and reports to work on time
Can work efficiently in a high-volume shop
Performs accurate and thorough inspections
Communicates well with service advisors and technicians
Takes pride in doing the job correctly
Wants a stable, long-term position with excellent earning potential
