Responsibilities Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and those late-night questions like a pro. Master of Midnight Math: Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is in its proper place. Detail-oriented candidates will excel here. Guardian of the Glow-Up: Maintain property safety with regular security walks; be the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy. The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to inform management about overnight activities. Teamwork After Twilight: Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch, even during the overnight hours. Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; able to solve problems independently. Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial. 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
