Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown

Registered Nurse Cardiovascular

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• 1+ years of Stepdown experience
• Proficiency in Cardiac
• Willingness to travel
• EKG comfortability
• Michigan license verification required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Utilize clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat patient responses to actual or potential health conditions.
• Provide care to cardiovascular patients following established guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans.
• Participate in clinical trials and research as directed.

Compliance / Notes:

• A strict attendance policy applies; three strikes for absences or tardiness will result in immediate termination.
• Situational exceptions will be reviewed with supporting evidence.
• Full-time employees are ineligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
