Fire Emergency Services Expert

Working remotely, the full-time Fire Emergency Services Expert will provide expert guidance on fire safety systems, ensuring effective implementation and maintenance while driving customer satisfaction and compliance with NFPA standards. Key Responsibilities Serve as the internal expert on fire department operations and software ecosystems, translating compliance requirements into actionable product needs Interpret NFPA standards and support cross-functional teams in identifying unmet needs in compliance and incident management workflows Partner with sales teams to articulate the value of new data products and contribute to building the sales process for new offerings Required Qualifications A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales engineering roles related to fire emergency services Hands-on experience with fire department or dispatch center software systems, including CAD and incident reporting Deep understanding of NFPA standards and fire department operating procedures Experience selling or implementing software applications and data products Knowledge of public safety funding models and procurement cycles
