Call Center Agent

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to connect with prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, and promote relevant products and services. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy phone-based communication, building customer relationships, and working toward measurable sales and customer engagement goals. Responsibilities * Contact prospective and existing customers by phone. * Present products and services clearly and professionally. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Generate and qualify leads through customer conversations. * Follow up with prospective customers to develop sales opportunities. * Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information. * Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business. * Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales opportunities. * Work toward individual and team performance goals. * Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement. * Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. * Confident and comfortable speaking with customers by phone. * Goal-oriented and motivated by performance. * Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. * Previous experience in sales, call center, customer service, retail, or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
