We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Technician to join our 3D printing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and finishing custom 3D-printed insoles by bonding them to shoe cushions, trimming and shaping the finished product, and applying branding elements. This position requires excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality products in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Bond 3D-printed insoles to shoe cushioning materials using approved adhesives and assembly procedures.
• Cut, trim, and grind cushioning materials to precisely match the shape and profile of each insole using hand and power tools.
• Inspect products throughout the assembly process to ensure proper fit, finish, and adhesion.
• Apply company logos and branding materials to finished insoles according to quality standards.
• Perform final quality inspections to verify appearance, durability, and dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow standard operating procedures and production schedules to meet daily output goals.
• Report equipment issues, material defects, or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Properly use and maintain production tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, footwear production, composites, woodworking, upholstery, or similar hands-on production environments is a plus.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and quality standards.
• Comfortable working with adhesives, cutting tools, grinders, and other production equipment.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Frequent use of hands for repetitive assembly and finishing tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
• Ability to safely wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and dust masks or respirators when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with product finishing, trimming, sanding, or grinding.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with adhesives or industrial bonding processes.
• Previous experience in footwear, orthotics, or 3D printing is a plus but not required.
