What You'll Do

As our Receptionist, you'll help keep our dealership running smoothly while ensuring every customer receives a warm and professional welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Transfer calls to the appropriate department or team member
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication
• Provide basic dealership information and assistance to callers
• Greet customers and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ensure customers are connected with the appropriate department quickly and efficiently
• Maintain and update dealership phone directories as needed
• Keep the reception area neat, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with administrative and clerical duties as assigned
• Represent the Modern brand with professionalism and exceptional customer service
