Senior Electrical Engineer

This role requires a highly experienced technical leader who thrives in complex, multidisciplinary environments and is motivated by solving challenging, system-level problems. The Senior Electrical Engineer will shape advanced technologies, influence architecture and design decisions, and provide technical leadership across teams while mentoring engineers and driving disciplined execution throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities Lead system-level electrical design across complex mixed-signal systems Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting strong engineering practices, technical rigor, and effective project execution. Own technical workstreams and manage sub-projects, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives, milestones, and delivery timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate feasibility, maturity, and risk of advanced technologies, conducting hands-on experiments and defining verification, validation, and risk mitigation strategies. Act as a technical liaison across engineering disciplines, leading advanced problem-solving efforts for complex system-level challenges. Design RF amplifiers and matching networks for electrosurgical applications. Drive sustaining engineering activities and continuous improvement initiatives across the full product lifecycle. Experience with medical device or regulated system standards (e.g., IEC 60601) Required Qualifications B.S. in Electrical Engineering (or highly related field) with 8+ years of engineering work experience, demonstrated ownership of technically complex designs or systems. Master’s degree with 6+ years of engineering work experience, demonstrated ownership of technically complex designs or systems.
