ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in January 2021 with a focus on building a strong, growth-oriented team. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 30 years in the automotive industry managing service departments. My dad was a State Farm agent for 25 years, and I eventually decided to follow in his footsteps and bring my leadership experience into this business.

Outside of the office, I enjoy cars, motorcycling, boating, and golfing. I also stay involved in the community through local events and activities.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bill Oswald - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
