The position offers a consistent schedule of three days per week (up to 18 hours weekly), with the option to choose which days best fit your lifestyle. Work with a caseload of 11-15 students and provide comprehensive A, B, and C grid services throughout the school year—no supervision of a Physical Therapist Assistant required.

What you’ll need to bring:
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
• Experience or skill in pediatric, school-based or educational settings
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with children, families, and staff
• Comfort in building relationships across multiple sites
• Ability to manage direct services and documentation efficiently
• Commitment to upholding IEP goals and district therapy standards

In this position, you will:
• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students with varied needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other related service providers
• Engage families and caregivers in supporting student progress
• Attend meetings as part of the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate records for all students on your caseload
• Travel between two buildings as needed throughout assigned workdays
